    I weight 139 pounds 19% body fat and work out 3X week. Just started the Paleo diet and wondering how I can gain weight/muscle without losing weight on this diet? How can I be in a net caloric gain on this diet?

      You may like to try tinkering with your carbohydrate intake post workout. Look for a liquid protein + carb intake post workout – around 30min later have a carb + protein meal (sweet potato + chicken for instance).

      Everyone will be different as you may know; ectomorphs, mesomorphs, endomorphs, not to mention the workouts you are doing. If you want to gain muscle mass you will want to test your dietary intake over time – note when your carbohydrate intake (or calorie intake) is showing your putting on body fat, then make adjustments.

      Read as much as you can on gaining muscle mass.
